Nutrikids Changing to mySchoolBucks

Dear Parents of PHCS,

Recently Nutrikids sold it's company to Heartland Payment Systems. Consequently, we will be seeing some changes to the service that we use.

PTSA Book Donation

The Parishville-Hopkinton PTSA recently purchased 264 books for the Story Time for Tots program.  The book donation will enable children to continue receiving high-quality books to take home at the end of each Story Time session.  Mrs.

Read Across America Day

On Friday, March 2, 2012, the children in Head Start, Pre-K and K-6 participated in the 15th Annual Read Across America Day, a national motivational and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading in honor of the beloved children’s book author, Dr. Seuss.

Gum Art

The 4th grade art class looked at gum creations by gum artist Jamie Marraccini. Inspired by his work we created our own "GUM ART" but we kept the gum in our mouths for inspiration and used colored modeling clay instead!! Students practiced bubble blowing while showing their gum "inspired" creations!
