Potsdam Akwesasne Talent Search (PATS)
The Potsdam Akwesasne Talent Search (PATS) Program is a Federally funded TRIO Program aimed at assisting youth to continue in and complete secondary education or its equivalent and to enroll in or re-enter a postsecondary institution.
Who is
Eligible?
• In the 6th grade or at least 12 years
old.
• Junior and Senior High School Students.
• High school or college dropouts.
• Desire for education at the postsecondary level.
• Limited income and/or first generation(neither parent has a four-year college
degree)
• Not currently enrolled in college
• Reside in St. Lawrence County, Franklin County, or the Akwesasne / St. Regis
Mohawk Reservation
